2nd place contest prize for

She asked me for her two characters, Phantom (on the right) and Ghost (on the left). I must say that her characters amazed me a lot, seriously.
But what truly impressed me was the relationship between those two. Phantom, Ghost's uncle, doesn't like nor respect his own niece. Every time Ghost has something to say to him, she ends up getting hurt. Not because of fights or anything, but because Phantom destroys her from the inside, ignoring her, and making sure she feels like she's nothing but a worthless wolf.
Thought I fell very sorry for Ghost, I must say I do not dislike Phantom because of that! He sounds like an amazing character, and I'd love to know more about these two!

About the picture now... I know, I know. I failed very hard at drawing her characters. They look NOTHING like the real ones, and I get angry at myself all time when I see this drawing!
But they were SO much fun to draw anyways! like, it's been a very long time since the last time I fell pleasure to draw with my tablet! :s

About the background now... I tried to do something a bit different, but I failed. It took me a very long time to make, and it still sucks. I may, someday, remake this whole picture!
I wanted to make a surprise for her with the background, but well... it looks awful

so surprise failed -_-
