ok, I couldn't help myself... I know I shouldn't be drawing now, but oh well... you know... artist stuff

I think that's my very first Not-OMFA-related picture I've ever uploaded here on DA! (Though I have so many stuck in my computer)

This is a very old story of mine I decided to sort of... "revive". All of the stories I create, I don't know why, but I just can't forget about them. It's like... they're a little piece of my own soul...!
So yeah, I've done this comic when I was around 11 years old. It was about a group of friends (Amy, a fox, Tedd, a bear, Lucky, a wolf and Crystal, a marten) who used to hunt hidden treasures. They all had very painful and terrible pasts, but they managed to run away from their old lifes when they met each other.
The story was very basic, but had very funny jokes! XD
I happened to find the notebook where the story was by mistake. It had been years since I hadn't seen that notebook, but I found it last year (in July, if I'm not wrong) and it all happened. I remembered how awesome the characters were to me, and a strong feeling of "I NEED to write it again... make it a good story!" came to me.

"Lucky" the wolf, was my very first contact with an omega wolf. Even before Wolpy. I didn't know what an Omega was at the time, but if you read the story, you'll say "Pff... his definitely an omega!". He's like... Wolpy's first personality form
but differently than Wolpy, he tried to overcome his cowardice all the time, and he had a noble heart.
I decided to give him a name that suited him better. (its VERY rare for me to change the name of a character, but Lucky is just terrible!)
I decided to call him Dikon. I don't know... I've had dreams with this name, so I thought giving it to him would be strong. And boy, does this suit him!
The other characters, I kept just as they were, only changing the design. Like Amy, the fox, is now with cooler colors
and now... the story's focus is totally different... The world is now being ruled by dogs, only dogs. And trust me, it's not as stupid as you might be thinking of it now...
I also added some new characters, like a dog called Dastan, who has a very complicated personality, and suffers with BIG conflicts inside of his heart. But enough talking! this is probably my next story after I finnish OMFA!

Whats happening in the picture?

Dikon: (The wolf fallen on the ground) He's a very, very skinny and tall wolf, scared most of the time, of almost everything, but tries never to show that. He has a very good heart, and is very sensible, though he has always been trained to be the soldier type (like the rest of his pack) and serve the Dogs with loyalty. (In the comic, the dogs accept other canine allies like wolves, but it depends a lot). He starts up as a very goofy villain in the comic, because he is forced to do what he wasn't born to do.

Amy: (The fox, looking at Dikon) She's a very curious and cheerful fox, always looking for new adventures. She's very brave too, but a little bit too clumsy... She used to be part of the rebellion force against the Dogs, until a terrible accident happened during one of their missions and she was left behind. She decided she would go after her friends and try saving them from the worst destiny, but she couldn't do it alone...

Crystal: (the Marten making a funny face) She's a very moody and sarcastic marten. She always follows her impulses, and hardly trusts someone. She's always getting in trouble because of her personality, and specially because she HATES the Dogs. Amy once saved her from a bunch of dogs who were trying to kill her, and they soon became very close friends, and began traveling together.

There's WAY more to tell, but I'll stop here, I'll tell the rest later.

In the picture

That's one of my favorite scenes from the comic. I believe it's gonna be hard to explain what's happening here, but I'll try.

Amy and Crystal soon became sought by the dogs as suspects of forming a rebellion. They are very lazy and arrogant leaders in the comic, so they firstly sent the wolves after them. Dikon was one of the wolves that gave a lot of trouble to both friends, but they always managed to scape. By the third time they met with the wolves, Dikon was the one who caused a big mess. The wolves got really mad at him, but decided to give him a chance: if he brought Crystal and Amy back to the pack, he would be forgiven. Well, now we're back to the picture. You can see it didn't turn out very well to him...

(now, to the picture) After several days walking without any encounter with the wolves, Amy and Crystal found a body laying in the ground, surrounded by ravens and crows.
They got curious and slowly approached. As Crystal saw the wolf, she just said "UGH! is he dead?" "Hum.. I think so" "Good! this repugnant creature got what he deserved!......Wait... I know him..." she looked deeply into Dikon's face " Wasn't this that stupid wolf who was trying to catch us last time?"

I had this idea while watching Animal Planet and I saw a dead/fainted dog, in a program called Distrito animal (don't know the name in english), and also, thats a VERY common scene in nature. VERY common.
