Dust is an element often forgotten in desert scenes and I'm just giddy that you added it into this piece. It looks like dust was not only disturbed by the lovely salukis but by perhaps wind? The darker clouds in the upper right corner give off the impression that a storm had just passed, that maybe a wind is pushing the storm as well as dust in that direction. Or perhaps I'm looking into it to much.
Now on to the Salukis, they are both done very well, I love the "Oh no you don't! " expression on Medora and Faye's "You gotta be quicker than that" glance. Beautiful shadows and lighting. Something keeps grasping my attention, their tails. I know salukis have this curl in their tails but because both Medora and Faye are in motion wouldn't their tails be a bit less curled in these positions? But they're just drawings so I guess it doesn't matter does it? Lol. xD
